"Our stay at this location was very pleasant. The owner was easy to communicate with and the property pictures represented it well. The check in and out was very easy. We had ages 24-95 and all were comfortable as we enjoyed celebrating a graduation from The University of South Carolina. "Where do I begin....Listing was not as advertised on VRBO. Pictures were deceiving and misleading. The back house did not lock and so we were not able to use It. Neighborhood was NOT GOOD. "We had an amazing 4 days at this wonderful property. It was the perfect place to explore the area and unwind on the lake. Easy access to the Soda City Market, The State House, Riverwalk, Antique Mall, Congaree National Park. The sunset cruise they provide was fantastic. Kerri and Randy were excellent hosts. We made some new friends. This was a 5 star experience."

"My husband and I celebrated our vow renewal here and it was PERFECT! We had 15 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of towels, linens, literally everything you could possibly need! The property was the perfect place for our ceremony and dinner party, wish I could upload pictures lol! It was truly stunning!! Host was awesome. Super friendly and responsive. Made check in/out a breeze. Can’t wait to book again!!"

"I cannot say enuff about the setting and the views, just stunning. The home is as advertised and very comfortable for our group of 9. The entire staff was attentive and helpful with any minor requests. Truly a professionally run group. All of the rooms and home were clean and plenty of towels provided. I would recommend this home highly, and we already have planned to comeback during football season. Ty to all of you at Yellowtail, the home made our daughter’s graduation a week to remember."

"The home was very nice I loved everything about it! There are some loud neighbors that are right on the other side of the fence but it didnt really bother us. But if you enjoy complete silence at night it may bother you. Overall we had an amazing stay and were super close to Fort Jackson to get onto post very quickly."
