"My family and I rented this adorable place while we were in the area for my grandfathers funeral. The space accommodated all 16 of us so well; no one was tripping over each other. The host is TOP notch, so sweet and thoughtful!"

"We were in Dyersville overnight for my nephew’s wedding, so we didn’t get to spend much time at the property. I would definitely come back for a long weekend with the kids and grandkids. There’s a lot of outdoor area to lounge and relax and watch the kids play on the playground equipment. We loved the resident dog Willow…she kindly welcomed us to the very spacious, clean and well-equipped home away fro home. Thank you so much!!"

"This large house had everything we needed with plenty of room to spread out. Located just 2 blocks from a wonderful park with walking path, the baseball museum and 3 fun restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"The condo was very comfortable and clean. The posting on VRBO did not mention the railroad track running directly by the property. We were awakened by a train in the middle of the night. We stayed one night and for the price we paid, we did not expect to have to clean the condo before we left. Total cost ended being double the posted price and we were threatened with additional fees if we did not clean up. It just seemed hostile for the price we paid."

"It was a second vacation for us in this property (7 years ago), nothing changed the train was the most worst part of our vacation. Not enough sheets for living room bed, we found only 1 fitted sheet and 1 pillow case. There were a lot of coffee, creamers and other stuff, towels and sheets were clean, plenty of shower stuff. Very ease and quick communication with the host. Thank you so much !"

"This is the second time we have stayed there. At Christmas we appreciated the beauty of the house. This time we appreciated the wide porches, beautiful view and wonderful gardens. We have a large family and there always seems to be enough room for everyone."

"The home is nicely furnished. I like that people are able to leave Seasonings and condiments, etc. for the next guests to use. Made meal prep easier. There’s pots and pans and some storage containers for leftovers. We left a bundle of Gatorade’s, Hopefully the next people will enjoy them. It’s on a busy road. Appreciate using the driveway and bringing in luggage through the back door. They allow pets which we would like to bring our dog. Hopefully soon they will have a fenced area. We didn’t use...

"We really enjoyed this property. It was close to where our activities were for the weekend and was comfortable… we really looked forward to going “home” at the end of each long day out having fun. We will definitely rent this property again if we ever need to stay in the area."

"Our first VRBO. All went well. Our biggest issue was lack of local tv. (Only streaming) When we travel we like to watch local news and weather. It was very small, but we weren’t in the room much. Just an hour or so before bedtime. Oh, and the bed seemed pretty small. I think it was a queen, but not as big as our queen at home. ? Saturday morning woke up to a farmers market outside our door. We enjoyed it, but maybe not, if you’re a late sleeper. Much chatter. Talked to Ken on our way out one day...
