Numa próxima viagem à Dresden vou dar chance para
Não recomendo o Hotel, pelo preço acredito em melhores opções. A grande vantagem é a localização, no coração da cidade. Por ser muito grande, o hotel deixa de ser acolhedor, ainda mais cobrando para se ter uma boa Wi-Fi e também para frequentar o SPA.

Give the hotel 3.5 stars. Flight was cancelled so had to stay extra night. Stayed at the Relax & Chateau. THAT property is 5 stars and no comparison. Price was the same. Hilton sauna is clean, but very small, tight spaces. Hot tub was luke warm. Service in Executive Lounge was very lacking. Staff there was incredulous if I even asked for a soda or ice. Gym equipment was worn and torn at many pieces yet some equipment modern, like a Peloton and the cardio equipment. Hotel concierge was best part. He was excellent and very helpful. Front desk staff wasn’t knowledgeable at all about where to obtain euros, when an ATM turned out to be right in the lobby. Front desk didn’t think to invite me to the hotel NYE party. Just inconsistency and oddities in service and conditions.

Staff was friendly, hotel was nice and the location was great. Our only issue was they weren’t able to do laundry service because we were there during a weekend. It would have been nice if they advertised that their laundry service was Monday to Friday only so we could have planned better.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und definitiv keine vier Sterne wert. "Hilton" steht eigentlich für Luxus, aber davon ist in den Zimmern absolut nichts zu merken. Die Badezimmer sind eine Katastrophe und in einem derart schlechtem Zustand. Dennoch überzeugt das Hotel von seiner günstigen Lage, da es sehr zentral liegt. Sehr lobenswert ist aber das Frühstücksbuffet, absolut top und beide Daumen hoch dafür.

The hotel rooms are very very worn out and old, no service by the hotel staff at all. Make note there is no luggage assistance so when you travel with many luggages or with elderlies, do not stay here.

A little older.. bathroom could use a little updating… bathrooms in lobby were never open… breakfast was great… front desk staff very friendly.. great location…!!!

This hotel scores well on some points, but the room was small, there were no drawers for clothes, and it was really expensive. There was no desk lamp. Mineral water was provided on the first night only. The main restaurant was closed, the only really good feature was the bistro. This is definitely not Hilton standard.

Zimmer/Bad entsprachen u.E. nicht der angegebenen Hotelkategorie und unseren Vorstellungen. Ungefragt erhielten wir ein Zimmer mit Bad für körperlich beeinträchtigte Personen, welches sehr "hässlich" und spartanisch eingerichtet war. Es erinnerte eher an ein Krankenhausbad. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl wir unsere Unzufriedenheit zweimal an der Rezeption zum Ausdruck brachten, bekamen wir zur Antwort : " Damit müssen Sie leben. Wir sind ausgebucht."
