Hence, investigation was conducted to verify the source of the complaint and we found out that a family with their kids were checking in late night and which caused this disturbance. Moreover, our operator speaks good English and he understood your request for luggage assistance, and he conveyed the message to our bellman. Unfortunately, our Concierge team were engaged with a big group of rooms departing at the same time of your request and which caused this delay. We are really sorry on that. As for our buffet breakfast, it includes a wide selection of cereals, dairy products, pastry such as croissants, donuts, live station such as pancake, waffles, omelets, eggs station, Arabic and International food from foul, manakish, salads, cold dishes to hot dishes, fruits and desserts to cover all guests' tastes. We noticed that you refused to have your bag scanned through our luggage X-ray machine which is considered a breach to the law. The security officer operating the machine had to interfere for safety reasons. Please be noted that it is a rule imposed by government and local authorities on all hotels in Qatar to have all luggage and carry-on bags for short term and long stay guests to be scanned through the machine without any exception.
