"It’s supposed to be the nicest hotel in Urumqi - and it is in terms of the physical property itself. Nice clean and well maintained decor. Location is not bad. However, a few things that are not fitted for a hotel of it’s status: 1. The concierge is located at the ground floor entrance and not at the upper floor lobby next to the reception. The concierge also doubles as porter so there is no one at the concierge desk if he is bringing luggage up to rooms. 2. WiFi is super slow 3. The A/C...

"I went to Leh towards end of January for a peaceful retreat, the staff of this hotel made my experience amazing. They helped me plan the perfect itinerary and arranged for transportation. The amenities of the hotel made my stay comfortable. The location is convenient (2 mins walk to the main market). I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are planning a trip to Leh."

"There was an absolute feeling on tranquility upon entering the courtyard then lobby of the Bodhi Tree. As Americans, we had been overwhelmed by the drive on tiny streets, honking, and mountain road from Srinagar…. The oasis of Bodhi tree for the next three days was a balm. "카드로 숙박요금 지불완료됐다고 예약확인서에 나와 있음에도 숙소 측에서는 그곳 현장에서 현금결재를 해야한다고 했습니다. 주인이 영어를 못한다면서 자신의 친구를 전화로 연결시켜 주어 통화하면서 주인이 호텔스닷컴 측에 전화확인하도록 전해달랬지만 주인은 영어를 못하니 예약을 취소하라 했습니다. 이미 예약당일이고 환불불가 상태였기에, 저녁 10시 무렵에 결국 리셉션에서 다시 360위안을 현금지불하고 영수증을 받았습니다. 호텔스닷컴에 예약할 당시 제 카드로 선지불했던 숙박비를 돌려받길 원합니다. 리셉션 위치 찾기도 어렵고, 12시 체크인 시간에 갔으나 저녁 6시에 다시 오라는 말을 들었고, 아예 저녁 9시 반에 다시 리셉션이 있는 곳으로 찾아가야 했습니다. 사람들은 참 친철한 듯하나 영어를 못합니다. 요금은 결국 이중 지불했고, 그날 무척 고생했습니다."

"All in all a 3/5 star experience. Here is why: The Location was nice,but no better or worse than any other in the area. The facility was clean and spacious and the balcony view was very nice! That was very good. Staff was also friendly and trying to be helpful, they didn’t manage too well whatsoever. The water was only warm when I asked them to turn on the boiler. So every day I was showing ice cold for the first 5 minutes. Not very pleasant. Breakfast and dinner was ok. The food was alright but...
