"O hotel fica muito bem localizado (próximo à estação de trem/ferry, ao Complexo de Museus da Marinha Real e também a “Spinacker Tower”). O quarto era amplo e a cama confortável. No entanto, são os pequenos detalhes que depõem contra. O quarto fornecido apresentava urina dentro do vaso sanitário. O papel de parede encontrava-se descascado e não houve a troca de toalhas e nem a limpeza do banheiro, de um dia para o outro. "The hotel is well located in a busy modern designer precinct and close by to the Old Historic Port of Portsmouth. The room was more than adequate for our needs with one exception. The room was a double for two people occupancy, but only one chair provided. However, no different to other hotels we have stayed in. "Muito ruim. Staff not too friendly. Cold food in breakfast. Room was to be for 4 people but we had 2 bath towels and the sofa bed was not ready for us. Once requested the towel, they gave to me 8 hand towel and gave to me the bed clothes to tidy up the sofa myself. If I’m sleeping in a hotel I want to get what I paid for. If is for me to do it, I stay at home and for free"
