"Such a beautiful home that made us feel as if we were staying at a spa the entire trip. The house has everything you could ever want in a home and more. "This cabin is rustic but has all the amenities (plus some) of home. It is isolated but close to everything. It was great to explore trails and the Red Woods. Then come "home" to a comfortable cabin with warm wood stoves, soft beds, a cup of coffee/tea or a glass of wine. The hosts are great people too!"

"We love this place, totally private and secret. John is the perfect host. The couple minutes it takes from town to the SBR… is amazing all by itself. The small secret beach was a bit slippery and muddy close to the bottom but we made it down. The deck is unbelievable and the room was really clean and nice. I would stay again."

"I’m sadly back to reality now after spending 4 nights in this beautiful space. We arrived after a long, chilly, rainy drive to a warm and welcoming home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring nearby redwood forests and beaches. We also loved simply hanging out at the cottage… so comfy inside and so peaceful outside. Nikki is a great host, responded right away with any questions we had. Will definitely return!!"

"Wonderful property, my wife and I don’t travel as much as we’d like to, so when we do, we like to stay at nicer properties. We did some hiking each morning, we’d stop for lunch, head back to the property, soak in the hot tub and then make dinner in this awesome kitchen. Place was super clean and kept in top shape."

"The home was clean with all the amenities necessary. The view from the house is amazing and the large windows were a big plus. The whole area was beautiful and there is a large beach nearby. This was a 5 star stay for my wife and I. PS. The nook where the bed is was a great place to sleep and look at the sky."

"I am a well seasoned traveler and own and AirB&B myself. I chose this location based on my knowledge of the area. A true gem and the photos and description does not do this property justice. There were too many amenities to list, and the care and attention to details made us decide we would book this property again, with family next time. "Location was good for us. Home was well furnished and in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen appliances are upscale and well stocked. And beds were comfortable. All the furniture was comfortable. Spa was very relaxing and water pressure in showers was good. Walking distance to trails and located close to national and state parks."
