"This hotel is still under construction, the rooms are new but still without structure, there was no internet on the 4th floor which was where our room was initially, we spoke with an employee and he changed us to the 3rd floor where there was internet. The offer included internet and breakfast, which they do not offer (we went down in the morning and there was nothing), that is, they offer but do not exist! I do not recommend this hotel."

"Being in walking distance from shopping centers was the advantage. Disadvantages : 1- Rooms WiFi service in 1st and 2nd floors were terrible during regular day hours. 2- showers took 5 mins to warm a bit 3 - room were too cold in 5th floor and even after waiting for 3-4 hrs it didn’t warm up enough to stay. So we moved to rooms in floors 1 and 2. "

"We had a great winter stay in this hotel. The location is perfect if you have a rental car, it's close to the airport and not in a traffic-congested area. The room we got was very peaceful, pleasant, and full of space. We enjoyed the breakfast, that was very great, including items from the traditional Van Kahvaltisi."

"In my opinion, the hotel has an excellent value for price. The staff are very helpful, unfortunately they don't speak English. It was not possible to park in front of the hotel, but one of the employees navigated me to a nearby free parking space and took our luggage. Breakfast on the terrace of the hotel was very good including warm soup. The terrace offers a view of the surrounding mountains."

"The rooms were very nice, and the beds were comfortable. It's undergoing renovations right now and my guess is that it will be awesome to stay there after they are completed. My only complaint was the cigarette smoke smell in the non-smoking section. The manager did come by to explain that it was due to the ongoing renovations and provided a complimentary gift to us for the inconvenience.
