"Perfect. A few issues but everyone responded very quickly. Fixed electrical outlet, showers needed cartridges, toilet needed new insides to flush, dryer needed new vent. All perfect now. All workers were very responsive. Would definitely recommend."

"We had a great stay at this property for a long weekend. The owner was very responsive via text and allowed us to check in early resulting in more beach time. He also quickly addressed a silverware shortage by dropping off some additional forks. The golf cart was a huge plus and the beach was accurately advertised as only three minutes away. We also took the cart to Baytown Wharf which is 10-15 min under the tunnel. It was a ton of fun! The home is in good condition for its age with some...

"This two bed, two bath was perfect for our family! We enjoyed our time here. Everything was very clean, and stocked with things that we usually have to bring with us. That was very kind, please nobody take advantage of it! We found it very thoughtful and helpful with our stay! Jenna was so kind and answered promptly when questions arose. We will be back! "Hopefully after our stay they secure the dishwasher to the counter and replace full mattress downstair bedroom bc u can see the depression in the mattress when u walk in the room. New frig was great, location great, golf great but watch those brakes, very touchy. Must try maple street biscuit company. Super close. In the plaza next to you stay."

"It was more like a hotel room. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't what I expected. It was nice being on the third floor with the garage and bridge entrance. Also closer to the beach. The kitchen was nothing fancy but had everything that a kitchen needed. The bathroom had shutters that open and closed. I had Grandkids with me , 1 boy - 2 girls so they were constantly peeking on the others in the bathroom. That room is more for couples. No privacy."

"Everything was great, but it needs new pots and pans. Pot and pans were very old scratch can barely cook anything. Other one Han that everything was great. AC was nice and cool washer dryer worked good"

"This is our 2nd stay in this command our 5th stay in the golf villas this is a nice condo with everything you need. The dining chairs are not very comfy but is good for short sitting times."

"My wife and I stayed her with our pups, and we loved it!! We will be back!! The location of the house was nice as the back deck is on the water of one of the ponds and looks out on the golf course. There is a golf cart for traveling around the resort property. The house had plenty of room for us. The resort property has multiple restaurants, shops, lakes/ponds and a bayside pier that can be fished from."
