"Cute place!! But no access to the beach. Not sure what is going on with the beach by the property but the back fence is broken and somewhat unsafe. Filthy floors. If you are planning to cook there in the spacious kitchen plan to not have the tools you will need."

"The accommodations were exactly as described and very close to everything in Dana Point. We were a five-minute drive from multiple beaches and harbors and had great access to grocery shopping, restaurants and more. The host was VERY quick to answer any questions and solve any challenges we had. The only caution I would give - this accommodation is a first-floor accommodation; there is a second short term rental on the second floor; we could hear every footstep and conversation as well as toilet...

"This was the first time I used VRBO and couldn’t be happier with our stay. This location was close to everything near Dana Point, very quiet neighborhood and super clean place. I booked this stay with my sisters and we felt right at home. Nancy answered questions promptly, we didn’t have many, everything was neatly placed in a binder near the kitchen, great reference and it provided area maps with ideas on restaurants and shopping. Thank you for the wonderful stay."

The house is stocked with everything you need and then some! It is well furnished with comfortable beds and lovely artwork in all rooms. "The manager was great. The home not so much. Massive deferred maintenance. Even the BBQ was rusted out. Pretty much everything needs replacing- windows counters bathrooms are all vintage 1980’s. The house is for sale so the owners apparently are not willing to remodel or even replace. Not even an inexpensive BBQ. For what they charge you can do much better."
