"First family holiday with a 1.5 year old and this place was perfect. Spacious 2 bedroom unit, everything we needed to cook and keep up with washing. Pool was a hit with the little one as well as the wildlife in the beautiful gardens. Management of resort were great to communicate with. Would stay here again!"

"ポートダグラスのショッピングモールの目の前にあり、どこに行くのも便利です。大人専用のホテル(18歳以上)でプールやバーベキューコンロも有ります。全て階段ですが、特に問題は無いです。 かなり早い時間の到着でチェックイン時まで荷物だけ預かってもらおうと思っていたのですが、 直ぐにお部屋に入れてもらえて、ゆっくり休む事が出来ました。嬉しかったです。 お部屋には必要な物は揃っています。 短期滞在だと部屋の掃除は来ません(基本は7日に1度)掃除道具も有りますので、大丈夫です。 バルコニーも有るので、そこでお茶を飲んだりできます。 レインシャワーのみですが、温度も水圧もとても良いです。 1番良かったのは、レセプションの方の対応です。 名前はわかりませんが、本当に親切でチェックアウト後も私達を助けてくれました。とても感謝しています。 またポートダグラスを訪れる時は利用します。"

"Not sure how deluxe our booking was versus the standard. Our room had an outdoor setting as the indoor table and chairs and Just lacked the better detail of other apartments we’ve booked in PD, such as there was no tea towel, rusty chairs around the balcony table etc. Served it’s purpose. Very close to Macrossan which was handy."

"This is a private owner that has this unit. When we arrived the room was occupied by another party. Went to the Ramada Resort reception. They could not help because the unit is privately owned. Called the owned and got no response. Talked to the mother and daughter in the room and they said they had another day in the unit. The mother told me they were put into this room because the unit they were suppose to have was occupied by someone else. When we finally got ahold of the owner, she said...

"The place felt like a home away from home. The apartment was really spacious, the kitchen was fully equipped and newly refurbished. The rooms were big and clean. The environment was very family friendly. The pool was on one side of the apartment blocks, so that there was no noise coming to our apartment. "Very happy with the apartment, it had everything we needed for our stay. However the resort itself may want to check itself. the staff just sit behind a computer all day and don't even acknowledge you when you pass, their time may be put to better use maybe cleaning and maintaining the pool area. It was a very uninviting and I would not even temp to enter the BBQ area let alone cook on it. Weeding and removal of spider webs around the outdated pool side furniture would help too. Loved the room...

"Just 2 blocks to 4 mile beach as well as the main street in Port Douglas, the location of this apartment is spectacular. The complex is not too big (so not very noisy) and very clean. We were very pleased with our week here. The apartment itself had all the amenities you need! Loved it here!"
