"The family is so friendly! They greeted us upon our arrival even though it was raining really hard. The cabin we stayed in was perfect. It had everything you need and it was super private. The view from the bed was a $1M view. You could actually see the ocean from the top of the mountain. And you have to do the tour of the farm. It was absolutely worth it. What an amazing family and such rich heritage. I highly recommend. And super close to a cool town."

The farm tour included a visit with all of the animals and their unique, charming personalities, including Frijoles the pig and Confite the dog. The kids loved swimming in the river and seeing the other animals on the farms such as howler monkeys, geckos, bats, tailless whip scorpion. We would definitely return!!!"

"We had a great few days at Finga Manclar. The staff looked after us very well. We went full board and we had excellent local food. We also did most of the trips with Luis which were great fun - tubing, fishing, mangrove tour, waterfall, horse riding. Rooms don't have A/C but the fans were good. "The property was well maintained and had all the modern facilities. We loved the area and the amazing daily breakfast. The staff was very nice and accommodating especially Jessica at the front desk. We did wish that the restaurant on site was open until later as we had to drive into the city of La Fortuna to get meals. The chocolate tour was amazing and a fun family activity.
