"The property was very clean, but not as well stocked as other condos/homes that we have stayed in. It was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. We did not feel unsafe, however I felt the neighborhood was on the edge of nice homes and the “hood”. I would not have felt safe for children to be with us. We knew that it only had one bathroom but for us that would be a deterrent in the future. The owners were friendly and easy to work with."

"Perfect one floor layout with three master bedrooms! This home is well stocked with all the essentials and then some. Kayaks are there for the exercise minded, the TV is easy to use for those who are not so much. Spent several days fishing at the end of the dock - caught a blue crab with the owner's crab trap. We completed a 2000 piece puzzle in two days of peace and quiet. The home is very private, and immaculately clean."

"This place is so nice— like brand new! It felt like we could have been the first people to ever stay there, yet I know we weren’t because I read all of the reviews before I booked it. It’s extremely clean. Comfortable bed and sheets. Every detail is taken care of… hair dryers, beach chairs, coffee, detergent…. It was very peaceful and quiet and it was an easy short walk to the beach and close enough to walk downtown. I highly recommend."

"We live in TN and wanted to get to the beach for the weekend. Kathryn's house was exactly what we needed. It was very spacious with a beautiful ocean view! We arrived on Friday to an immaculent house and plenty of information to walk us through all of it's features. Saturday morning was disappointing weather wise but we were able to have coffee on the porch and watch a beautiful lightening storm over the ocean. Luckily it cleared up and we set out to see Gulfport and Biloxi. So many things to do...
