"Joe was an excellent host and great communicator. Got an email from him early the day of check in that place was ready and we could check in early. The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. "While still being relatively close to the center of Montecito and not far from downtown Santa Barbara, the cottage was quiet and very private. Parking is also a breeze. I have a large truck that can be hard to park in other places I've stayed in SB. No issues here with parking always available right in front of the cottage. The cottage was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Pat was very quick to respond to questions. We'll definitely stay here again if we are in town."

"This is our second time to stay at this property. The location is perfect. Just a couple of minutes away is a little grocery store that has everything you need. And every evening a taco truck is parked there. The cottage is so cute, spotless and is well equipped. We love sitting on the front patio enjoying drinks and a meal. "We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Everything was clean and comfortable. In my opinion the highlights were the fireplace and the garden.
