Belíssimo lugar
O hotel é maravilhoso, o quarto muito confortável e com uma vista linda para o lago. O atendimento no início não foi bom, o quarto não estava pronto no horário, tivemos que aguardar. Há uma piscina de borda infinita no terraço e uma piscina coberta, porém, para nossa surpresa, paga. Achei absurdo pagar E40,00 por pessoa para utilizar um espaço que deveria ser disponibilizado a todos, até porque apropriado para um relax rápido. Restaurante muito bom e café da manhã também.

Caro e equipe descortês
Péssima estadia. A equipe fez múltiplas cobranças indevidas no meu cartão de crédito, sem me explicar ao certo do que se tratava. Estou aguardando ainda o recibo para entender o que aconteceu. O spa é péssimo e lotado, tem apenas uma sauna e uma piscina aquecida, não vale o que é cobrado. Me arrependo imensamente de ter ficado nesse hotel e ainda estou tendo dor de cabeça com a descortesia com a qual fui e estou sendo tratado pela equipe.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It’s in almost new condition. Rooms are beautiful. Lake view was gorgeous. Very modern facilities. Pool with lake view is to die for. Would definitely stay there again. Drinks are excellent and food is delicious. Definitely an AAA to this hotel.

Great Hotel
Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing. Staff is courteous and accomodating. Will stay whenever in Como.

A night in Lake Como.
We loved Hilton Lake Como.We were able to check in at midday. Room was big and spacious. We loved the view from 6th floor of the lake and were able to swim as the pool was heated. Friendly staff on the rooftop restaurant. Dinner was really good.

Great hotel Great Location
We were traveling from Switzerland to Milan and spent two nights in Como. It was fantastic! The hotel is beautiful and located close to the lake walking paths and restaurants. Everyone was so nice and the rooftop bar and pool was amazing!!
