Serviço Fantástico
A estadia foi maravilhosa. O hotel é limpo, bem localizado, quarto confortável e as pessoas que nos atenderam foram muito simpáticas e prestativas. Recomendo para quem quiser ter momentos excelentes em Columbus. Reforço que o serviço do pessoal da recepção é excelente e a rede sem fio funciona sem problemas no quarto e na área em comum do hotel.

stayed in this hotel with my daughter as we visited Ohio State University. Pretty good setup, the receptionist was fantastic (a student of OSU herself) and gave us some great pointers at arrival. Suite was well setup and all great, except for the fridge that was noisy as hell (empty and making a ton of noise so I just shut it off). But other than that, everything about this hotel / suite was great. highly recommend it.

When we checked in, it seemed like it was quite a hassle for the attendant. He left a WHOLE lot of details out of our stay. Simple things like what time check out was, or where we could park our car... Come to find out, I needed a parking pass to park in the garage. When we got to the room, there were HUGE stains on the carpeting. There was no hand soap at the sink and no additional toilet paper. I had to ask our neighbor for extra toilet paper. Ended up using shower gel for hand soap. Sad state of affairs, I expected more for the price. There were no to-go containers for the breakfast.

Not a lot of parking for guests at the hotel but there is a parking garage nearby which is not the best option when you have a lot to carry in and out in bad weather

I used to stay here regularly about a decade ago. The renovation to the breakfast area and other parts of the hotel are less attractive than it used to be but it’s an overall upscale hotel in a very lovely part of Upper Arlington, conveniently located near restaurants, a Whole Foods across the street, a hair salon, and gift shop. Graeter’s famous ice cream is a few doors down the street. The hotel rooms are fantastic with kitchenette, living room area and large swivel tvs just as I remembered it. The carpet could use an upgrade. The staff were pleasant.

It’s a tired property in need of updating. The plumbing fixtures in the bathroom were not working properly. There was no safe in the room. I made the mistake of not buying insurance so ended up paying an exorbitant amount of money for two nights at a very ho hum hotel due to it being a football weekend. It was fine but definitely not worth $500 a night.

I’m giving four stars because the property was great and the staff was helpful, but We did not have internet for our entire stay. The front desk person was trying to help but was unsuccessful. He was trying to Google solutions and testing them which I did appreciate. The rooms were super nice, just sucked I couldn’t even get a text to send in the room.

Nice but.......
Really nice had a few issues but the Hotel took care of them. Had ask for a few paper products as well that were not left for us to use. Price was high for the issues we had. Also not a fan of having to pay to park in a Hotle I paid good money to stay in.

I requested 1 room with 2 beds and upon checkin this type of room wasn’t available. I was given an additional room at no charge. Elea, front desk manager, was very nice and accommodating.

The hotel room was older than anticipated. Could use updating. Bathroom sink faucet moved entirely when turning water on/off. Shower got lukewarm at best (7pm) & deterred a morning shower by other guest. Beds didn’t stand up to typical Hilton quality/comfort & pillows were very firm. Not what we expected from a Hilton stay.

I am sorry to see what an unpleasant stay you had.
