"Was very nice, walked to the beach everyday (takes 1 minute). About a quarter of a mile from the pier so it wasn’t very touristy which I love. Everything was either a quick drive or walk away. Everything was great!"

"We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once. We're ready to go back!"

"My husband and I stayed here for a week and really appreciated the location. We were able to watch the Thunder at Cocoa Beach boat races and rocket launches from the balcony. Beach access was super convenient and we enjoyed the pool."

"Wonderful location, can't beat beachfront. The property was nice, a little older and a little trash in the year. The condo was beautifully decorated, but it too was a little tired. Half of the master bedroom's closet door was on the floor, sliding door screen didn't work. Needs paint and a good thorough cleaning. All in all it was fairly good."
