"Centrally located property. The beach is three blocks away. The staff are friendly and helpful. They texted us immediately after our arrival for help us locate the property. There’s security at the gate. It was quiet and peaceful. My only issue was not having running water for 30 mins. "

"Nice Condo. Double and queen bed rather then 2 queen beds as advertised . Master bath was large but shower leaked. Second bathroom had an unusually high sink with old taps. Uncomfortable living room furniture. Fabulous large porch area. Nicely equipped kitchen. Small briquette bbq. Was more expensive than other more modern condo units with no discount for 1 month say. "My family and I had a great stay in the condo. Some suggestions are to replace all bath towels , they were stiff and dingy even after washing. One towel tore when I husband used it to dry off. Master bed is on the hard side. Great view and walking is doable not most places it a rental car helped to travel to more places."

"Very clean and well equipped with everything you need to use the kitchen for cooking. Pool was cleaned every day while we were there and we enjoyed a few of the resident cats who live around the complex. There is a back patio for drying swimsuits, clothes, towels, etc. Air conditioning works well, except upstairs AC stopped working on our last day there :( We drank the tap water and it was fine. There is a little grocery a block away."

"Positives are, location, neighborhood, secure, and location as pictured. Beach Coffee shops and restaurants were light walks thru safe neighbor hoods. Directions to the property should not only include pictures but distances between pictures in case you can’t recognize, as I struggled with because I was arriving in the dark. Also, a bath towel should not feel like a shammy."

"Nice house but not clean when we got in. Some amenities listed were not available.No BBQ and no whirlpool.The private pool is shared between 4 units although no one used it the month we were there. The toilet paper was for one week then we had to buy our own. The amenities have since been updated to remove the BBQ. There were no cleaning supplies. We swept the dirt off the floor but could not wash it. Had to buy bleach to clean the bathrooms and laundry soap. There was no bakeware and few...

"The complex is still very nice and relaxing. Away from the bustle of downtown but 5 min walk to south end of Playas del Coco. Pro’s: great location, updated kitchen. Good a/c and water. Comfortable couches. Bed a bit firm for us but comfortable enough. Had plenty of dish ware, pans, etc. Con’s: the kitchen chairs are very old and flimsy, one had a broken leg when I sat on it.
