"The home is great. The hosts are wonderful, accommodating, and quickly responsive to questions- they even gave food recommendations. We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the heart of Amish country. The neighborhood is not great for walking, but there are sidewalks directly adjacent to the house, and you can walk safely around the block. We found hiking trails at Money Rocks County Park in the Welsh Mountains (about 30 minutes) that we did not try... yet. And we found a wonderful park within 5 minutes...

"We decided to book this as our children had a basketball tournament at Spookynook. We had a total of 15 people staying Friday -Sunday and we couldn't have asked for a better setup. Plenty of room and the amenities were top-notch. The boys appreciated being able to use the hot tub after a day of playing several games. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again."

"Myself, my wife, and our dog stayed the weekend while I was in town for a seminar and, truthfully, I can't think of a single thing about this property that wasn't wonderful. It's located close to everything in town without being in town itself. It's right off a main road, but the cottage is set back enough so that it is not obtrusive. "This how is an old home that was fixed to look lovely. It had everything we needed for our stay. There are three bedrooms in the main house. Loved the separate kid space which doesn't have bedrooms but two twin lofts with ladders so if you have little kids this probably won't work for you. My teen girls loved having the separate space. "The owners are great! They communicate well! The home is in a busy area but we really didn’t mind, the owners provide fans, sound machines and such so it was just fine. Location is close to everything you need. Home was good! As a fellow vrbo owner, a recommendation would be to replace the rugs downstairs (they are getting pretty stained up) The home is a cute farmhouse style, beds were comfy but may also need a little maintenance. Overall, would stay again!!!"
