"Awful experience!!! My husband and I checked in at DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu - Longquanyi on 9 June. While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there. "Room and overall facilities are quite good, also the location is fairly near to many interesting spots of the city. There is a metro station 2 blocks away which is very helpful if looking for an.option with budget constraints for your trip to Chengdu"

I went there for business and having difficulty to find restaurants and other facilities. The entrance was under refurbishment, so both me and the taxi driver had a hard time to find the hotel. "

"The staff is good but speak very limited English, the building has seen better days but the inside is in better shape than the outside. The rooms are clean but not very modern. The location is pretty good for transportation as it is a hub of sorts but I would prefer to stay around chunxi road which is one subway stop away."
