Péssima experiência
O quarto não tem ventilação (dizem que tem, mas é praticamente nula). Pegamos um quarto que deveria ser família, com um quarto extra para meu filho (reservei um quarto para 4 pessoas apesar de estarmos em 3, pois achei que fosse ter mais conforto), mas esse quarto extra é um cubículo sem ventilação, e no calor que estava, era impossível alguma pessoa dormir nele. Tivemos que arrastar o colchão para o quarto principal. Além disso no quarto principal não tem ar condicionado, e no calor a única forma é dormir com a sacada aberta, porém o sol bate no quarto antes das 5 da manhã. Por não ter ventilação no quarto, o cheiro era de mofo. Outra coisa, por reservarmos um quarto família, imaginava que o hotel fosse família, que todos pudessem utilizar a piscina do hotel. Mas meu filho só poderia utilizar a piscina das 10:30 até as 12:00 (ou seja, se faz checkin depois das 12 não pode utilizar a piscina. Péssima experiência - esse hotel não poderia abrir no verão e não poderia aceitar crianças. Estacionamento - 30 euros/noite Apesar de se classificar como um hotel 4 estrelas, ele é um 2 estrelas.

Hotel Park Hotel em Chamonix - Excelente
Gostamos muito do hotel. Localização central. Da para visitar tudo a pé. Muito limpo e com instalações modernas. Otimo restaurante e piscina com vista para o Mont Blanc. Recepcionistas gentis e solicitos as nossas perguntas. Certamente ficaria neste hotel em um retorno a cidade. Pagamos eu e minha esposa um preço justo para o que nos foi oferecido.

This hotel is in the center of the city and walkable to all venues even the ski Lyft. Many many restaurants and shopping places in a few minutes walking distance. This property has dry sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and a pool on the roof top. The staff are super friendly as well.

I liked it was in town for restaurants and bus stops. Spa area needs another hot tub as it was difficult to use for the amount of people.

Park Suisse
Great hotel at 10 mins walk from the main bus station (Chamonix Sud). Bus stops to most ski stations are conveniently situated just a few meters away from the hotel so we did not have to walk a long way with our equipment. The hotel is also situated right downtown close to the restaurants and shops which was great for dinner time and off days. The SPA is to die for. The perfect way to end our ski day with the breathtaking rooftop pool and hot tub. Definitely a reason why you should book the hotel. There is not a single day where we did not go to the spa. It is really one of a kind. The hotel has convenient lockers to store your ski equipment, however it did not dry them overnight. We had amazing service from the gentleman at the reception. He was helpful, funny and very nice. Thank you. The rooms are a bit outdated which takes away from the luxurious aspect of the hotel. Also we had to ask for coffee and cream to be refilled every day as it was not done automatically when they cleaned the room which was a bit odd. Thank you Park Hotel

This hotel might have been a 4-star gem a decade ago, but it's showing its age now. The beds are quite small, and the bathroom, especially the hairdryer and showerhead, could use an upgrade. Our attempt at the spa was a bit disappointing – the hammam wasn't working, and the sauna and jacuzzi weren't hot enough. The thin walls meant we could hear everything from our neighbors. On the bright side, the staff is friendly, the location is excellent, and the view is lovely.

Great place to stay. It was easy to get to from the train station and walkable to the excursions we took. The only complaint was the pillow’s weren’t what we were hoping for. The room was also very warm and we had a hard time cooling it off.

Have been guests at this hotel 5 or 6 times through the years for our hiking vacations in the alps. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient and helpful.

The service was attentive. We enjoyed a massage in the the sap area which was excellent. The outdoor hot tub was lukewarm but the sauna's were clean & were at the proper temperatures. The restaurant had limited dinner options and were out of most items when we came to dinner at 7pm

This hotel isnt clean and smell of odor. When we ask for changing room, they said they r fully booked while we saw people still coming and checking in. They didnt agree to give us refund and charge us 660 usd for 2 night we even didnt stay. This place is scam. Be carefull

We loved the staff. So kind and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi looking over the mountains was such a treat! The drinks being served outside was wonderful. The room had no air but it was cool enough. Loved the balcony overlooking the square. Beautiful experience!
