"This place is just right for a nice and relaxing getaway. It is well up the mountain which allows for the breathtaking views right outside the door, but it is still close to town where you can run in to grab lunch or just drive around. The accommodations were fantastic: the shower was hot, the bed was comfy, the kitchen had plenty to work with, the tv had every channel and all streaming capabilities for watch anything from the Masters to UFC to Netflix. "Exactly as advertised. Good location with easy drive to downtown, Broncos Stadium, etc. Neighborhood a little run down. It’s one of those in transition. Park nearby was perfect for walking the Dogs. Small homeless encampment at park was not an issue. Property is well maintained. Jason was very responsive. Was easy to get an Uber to and from property if you don’t want to drive through downtown. Diner nearby on the corner of Colfax had fantastic breakfast options. Overall a perfect choice for us...
