Hi Jon, I am sorry to hear about your unsatisfied experience. We understand the bed issue, our bed heads are built in. Our bar opens from noon to 9 which are reasonable hours for our small hotel. We are not just a bar, so we cannot open later or earlier. The bar is only an amenity for our guests. You were unsatisfied with a Pool View Room (original room you booked) and wanted a front room like you buddies. Totally understandable, and as we mentioned at the office, we were fully booked and couldn't have offered you an upgrade to the front. If we had availability, we would have moved you to the front right away! Every day after that you made complaints and we did everything we could do satisfy your needs. You then decided to check out earlier than your original check out date for not having your way. For that reason, we did not offer a refund. I hope you can understand and hopefully next time you can book earlier and enjoy the luxuries of our front rooms. Cheers!

Hi there, thank you for your honest review. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about the name of the room since Expedia gives you limited room descriptions and "Island View" was the closest. We also made sure to put "GROUND FLOOR" in the room name. We apologize if you saw this as deceptive. We tried our best to make it clear. We do not have a security, but our manager lives on site should in case of any emergencies, we have 24hr surveillance and we've never had any related issues before. We appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience and we as a company hope to learn and grow from this feedback. Cheers!

We are glad to hear that we provided great accommodation while your stay with us.As you may have noticed, we are located on the main strip where everything happens, guests walking up and down to the Split area and this time of the year the entire island has been very busy thanks to tourism. However there is nothing we can do about the noise that surrounds us during day time.Once again we are grateful for tourism and for the guests we get to meet and host at our establishment.Best regards

Dear Victor,Thank you for the review but truth be told when you checked in, I personally offered to take your luggage and you said that you were good after you were informed of your room location. We are not selective with our guests and treat everyone the same. We were even discrete with the incident with your messed up sheets and did not bring it up with you as we wanted you to stay comfortable while with us.If you feel that you were treated differently we sincerely apologize.

Hi karen, thank you for your feedback. We are in the center, but everything dies down after 7pm when people head more to the south of the island to enjoy the night. We also try to support well known local businesses, so we do have a lot of recommendations across the island. I apologize if your experience wasn't as satisfying.

Hi Trinia, thank you for your feedback. Glad you liked the Suite! In regards to the breakfast, we offer complimentary continental breakfast and we rotate on options. Some days it's toast, other days johnny cakes or cinnamon rolls. All depends :)

Hi Matthew, thank you for taking the time out to review us. Unfortunately, we only offer complimentary continental breakfast and pool access and our mini bar does play music but never later than 9:30 pm and at an appropriate volume. We are happy that you still had a great stay and hope to see you again soon!

Hi John, we apologize about the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We didn't receive a complaint about the wifi; however the company on the island is in the process of upgrading their system, so perhaps that has something to do with it. In regards to the wedding group, we apologize once more. Our bar tries to keep the noise controlled and does not open later than 10pm. We hope you can reconsider and visit us again.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. Our rates are based on double occupancy, therefore, the standard is 2 bath and 2 pool towels per room. If the office is made aware of a 3rd guest, we have no issue in providing towels. We appreciate your concerns and will work on this moving forward.

However, you visited during September which is the month where we hold a variety of different festivities to celebrate and honor our country's independence.
