"Both the house and the surrounding area exceeded our expectations. The house is located in an incredibly quiet, beautiful place and very close to the centre of Carvoeiro. There are several beaches nearby (10 m by car). The owner was from the first contact very attentive, and always available to provide all necessary clarification. Great Experience!"

"Best location in town, panoramic sea views, bars, restaurant and beach a short walk but still quiet and peaceful. Plenty of inside and outside space and we all loved our holiday! Age range 3 years to 63. Pool is fantastic, villa is well equipped. Carvoeiro beautiful as always."

"We had a lovely stay in this villa, which is in a great location with stunning views. Good sized rooms and amazing pool. Karen was super helpful and booked a boat trip for us - an absolute highlight of the holiday. Only negatives were the ants in the kitchen (to be expected with the heat I guess) and the mattress upstairs was a bit hard. Would certainly book an Algarve Villa again."

"Charlie’s villa was excellent for our family of 5. The villa was beautiful and very well equipped. The complex was excellent with the pools and restaurants. "We had a fabulous holiday at the villa the space was perfect for our party of 12 (adults & teenagers). The photos do not really reflect the size of the property. We made lots of use of the pool, games room and the outdoor seating/eating areas. The kitchen was really well supplied with everything we needed to cook for 12 people. The little local shop across the road was where we did the majority of our shopping as we didn’t have a car but it stocked everything we needed. Lots of restaurants...

"We have stayed many times in Portugal and i must say Cascade house was a lovely villa and one of the nicest we have stayed in a short walk into town and was in a very nice quite cul-de-sac We would defiantly stay again Paulo the owner was very helpful in answering any questions very quickly"

"3 dias de excelentes, numa propriedade magnífica, muito bem apetrechada e confortável. Única nota negativa: entrada da senhora da limpeza a horas impróprias (9.30) no dia da saída, cortando a privacidade e induzindo stress desnecessário numa altura sempre caótica, quando se tem crianças! Valeu pelo ambiente magnífico."

"We arrived Christmas day and were greated with a smell of sewage that lasted our first three days. We were told not to flush toilet paper, we complied but there was still a terrible smell. We paid extra for a heated pool. The pool never heated, someone came after 3 day and told us we needed to cover the pool. When pulling the cover over the pool the plastic cover came apart in our hands. We swam in the pool for 1 minute, once and were charged 200euro, a very expensive swim. Overall the property...
