"This is a hotel with old world warmth. We came here to watch the northern lights at Deception Pass State Park. It is only about 10 minutes drive from the park. The staffs are very friendly. The room is kind of old style, but surprisingly clean. The towels and beddings are nice and soft, the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is good too. The only complain I have is that no shampoo was provided."

"Overall a nice stay. Overall the hotel needs a facelift…everything is a bit tired. While “real” keys are quaint, they are a pain. We had to leave early and hoped to grab coffee before we departed (6am) but there was no coffee…and the coffee shop that was open was too far (walking and we had a deadline to ferry a boat). Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower wall tiles had mildew. Staff was really nice though and the lobby and fireplace were cozy. I would stay again if I’m back in town. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Baker's Acres. The cottage/barn was well-appointed and clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. My husband enjoyed watching March Madness each evening using our HBO account on the large TV. Everyone was so friendly in Langley. We were able to eat outside with our pug at a coffee house/bookstore and later in the day at a tap house with a Polynesian food truck. Our dog loved the off-leash dog beach by Useless Bay. L. Evans"
