"The home is amazing and it was such a great place to bring a large group. As other reviews have said, it could use some updates, but we thoroughly enjoyed the place and will comeback next year! The property is not in Buford and it was listed as such. It is in Gainesville on the backside of the lake. Hopefully VRBO corrects this. The owner was great to work with."

"We stayed here over Memorial Weekend for a family wedding at the Bradford house and Gardens. The location was perfect. The house had plenty of room for our family to spread out. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the patio for our morning coffee. The only thing that caught us off guard was that the driveway was pretty steep and found it easier to park at the bottom of the driveway. The host made us brownies which was a delightful treat."

"We ended up needing to come to town for our nephews graduation. This location was perfect for us and was within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to be. The views were great and we enjoyed our time in the pool while watching the birds and lizards we don’t have around us at home. We will be returning on our next visit out!"

"This was the perfect hosting location for the annual reunion of our friends and their ever-expanding family units. With all families having their own bedroom and bathroom, and the close proximity to Atlanta's airport, this was an ideal location. Plus, you can't beat the lakefront location. If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy your time on-site, this is it!"

"Em minha reserva solicitei cama extra q não foi colocada, um de meus filhos teve q dormir no sofá cama, super desconfortável. As camareiras só arrumavam os banheiros, mas não deixavam toalhas suficientes, todos os dias tive q solicitar mais toalhas de banho. Em 2 dias nem as camas arrumaram. Localização ruim, sem carro nada se faz. Café da manhã ruim poucas opções e local super apertado apenas 3 mesas e uma bancada."

"This was just minutes away from family having a get together. It was nice to be able to get away & have a quiet place to wind down. The lake was beautiful even after a significant amount of rain right before we arrived. Cozy, yet roomy. Our flight had been delayed & Tony had even checked on us to be sure all was ok. That was sweet. 😊 Would stay again & highly recommend."

"We were pleased overall with the house and felt warm and safe. So many people have commented on the limited seating in the living area, but no one has mentioned that the seating isn't very comfortable for older people. "The property was very clean upon arrival. Daren was great and very helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed. The location is not bad, considering we had to drive to the city daily. The neighborhood is not the best looking, but we didn’t have any problems and felt safe."
