"A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. The backyard has a nice deck and yard to utilize as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions for him and was very willing and helpful....

"We loved staying here! Right in the heart of beautiful Denver… The property was spotless, the amenities were top notch and most importantly the bed was so comfortable! The worst part of the entire stay was parking but around the corner thankfully we found a parking garage because it is a busy street! There are delicious restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The people in the surrounding community are so friendly and allows you to pet their dogs which makes being away from mine...

"I was hesitant to book based on prior reviews of noise but I didn't find that to be an issue at all. The property was nice and our room on the 300 (top) level was as quiet as a multi-unit in a city can be. The building is in a great location. We spent days just walking around and exploring downtown Denver. There were tons of restaurants, bars, breweries, and fun in easy walking access. "

"The room was really nice, comfortable, well-appointed. The price was extraordinarily reasonable for a downtown Denver business hotel.
