"Cozy, clean and well located, short walk to Charlotte Lake Ontario Park. Great area for dog walking with views of lake. Rental was on second floor. Windows on three sides made it very bright. Small but layout and furnishing were attractive and well thought out. Generous sized kitchen. Helpful but unobtrusive host. I'm looking forward to staying again."

This apartment is located in a historical front of Rochester where multicultural elements are presented. "It was perfect for our stay to visit our son at Elim Bible Institute and College. The property was surprisingly was quaint and quiet! We never heard any of the activities that went on through the movies or the flea market traffic! We actually enjoyed a stroll through all the hubbub. The place felt brand new and everything we needed."

"Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house."

"Absolutely beautiful location and a wonderfully peaceful retreat. The host thought of everything needed for a family stay, from toys for tots to coffee and quiet spaces for adults who want to enjoy a bit of r and r by the water with a good book. The morning sun light bouncing off the water no more than a few feet from the large bay windows makes for a storybook view with one of the most picturesque live canvas we've had the pleasure to enjoy. Thank you for a great stay. We loved it!!!"

"We only had three of us staying here for UofR's graduation weekend, so we had lots of extra space. It's in a great location for UofR and college town. Graduation fell on the Lilac Festival weekend, which is basically across the street. We did hit a little traffic because of that, but it was so easy to stop in and see the festivities. The house was very comfortable, and two full baths is a big plus. As others have said, it's fairly basic, but we had all the towels and other supplies we needed....
