"The place is nice, it reminds me of my grandmother's home. There are modern conveniences, but that’s the vibe. The stairs aren’t terrible, but a bit much. Apartment is on the third floor. "I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! "We stayed here while our son played in the tournament at Dreams Park in Cooperstown. It was the perfect place to stay. Would love to come again. The only thing I would ask for is a big enough bed for adults. We made the most of it and felt like we were at camp too in our separate bunk beds. :) Would love a queen size portable bed or something as an option.
