"We stayed at Little Rushbrook cottages while visiting an event at the NEC, which was about 14 miles away. Checking in was very easy, parking was right outside the front door and the cottage was clean warm and comfortable, situated in a peaceful rural setting but still close to the city. We particularly liked the breakfast basket provided. it would have been nice to meet the owners and explore the area a bit more, but maybe next time. "

"Lovely cottage nestled in the country park of a country home - very well equipped, spotlessly clean, and some great, short and very quiet walks around the grounds and to a beautiful pub. Loved it."

"The location was amazing. The property was clean,, it’s a beautiful home but need updating. The carpet had rips in it, doors and locks damaged, the chairs in the dining room the leather on it is damaged. The backyard need some grooming. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. "

"An amazing stay away in a historical monument. We did dome research earlier on and knew due to the location there would be some noise, but it didn't bother us at all. Staff were very friendly, we opted to meet them at the property. The accommodation was very clean and incredibly cosy, I would most definitely do this again! "

"It was a bit odd. Just felt like someone's house not a holiday property. A printer in the bedroom, stuff in one of the bedroom drawers, things in the kitchen cupboards. It was comfortable but the cleanliness wasn't great. Washed all the kitchen equipment before use. Batroom bin had no bin liner and a used cotton bud at the bottom."

"Great for 10 blokes on a stag do who want easy access to Birmingham via the nearby train station. For a small family in winter though...living room is a cold conservatory - all other rooms converted to more bedrooms. Property is not in a great state of maintenance and, whilst passably clean, I don't think we'll stay there again, even though it is perfectly located for our needs. Overall, disappointed."

"A good well priced suite in the heart of Birmingham. Had a couple issues trying to contact them but once contact was made it was all pretty clear. Issue with being in the middle of town is noise. Room was warm but couldn’t have window open due to it being too loud outside at night. "
