"We had a great time and the cabin and scenery was what we had imagined. Our evenings were peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed hiking the trails on the property and the map provided onsite was accurate. We were close to the parks to go and visit but far enough away to have the quiet we desired. We enjoyed our evening cookouts and bonfires. We had a few issues but we're able to easily resolve. The two hoses connecting to the outdoor shower had a bad connection valve. They had leaked out all the water....

"The customer service and cleanliness really stands out at this resort. Every employee makes eye contact and greets you in the hallways and in their work stations. The restaurant, gift shop, and tavern were all excellent. The activities and hiking in the area were all great as well. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area. "The cabin was clean enough except for the linens that smelled of cigarette smoke. We had a problem with check-in due to not receiving an entry code from VRBO. With no cell service, we had to drive to find reception to call the Scenic Cabin rentals for our code. Fortunately, we arrived during daylight hours."

"The cabin was perfect for our stay to go hiking in Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge. The cabin had everything that you need for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. "Loved this place! Perfectly described and had absolutely everything we needed. "This was a fantastic pet-friendly small cabin in a great area for outdoor adventures. The place was clean and cozy - perfect for a short stay for a person or a couple. "We had a good time on our trip and the cabin was nice. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking, I do wish the bed was bigger. The descriptions said it was a queen but I’m pretty sure it was a full and that made the nights a little rough."

"My boyfriend and I stayed there for three night's and 4 days. The place was perfectly located by both the parks and close to everything we needed. However, getting up to the cabin was an adventure of itself as it's located up pretty high with steep hills and sharp turns, so being a confident/comfortable driver is a must. The cabin was very neat and clean and included everything we needed for our stay, even a coffee and popcorn maker. My only complaint was that the stairs matched the steep hill...

"Other reviews are correct you need awd to get up the hill especially if it’s wet at all as it’s got a steep gravel incline. They actually text me the day we arrived to let us know house keeping had slid off the hill and we’re stuck. This place really thought of everything. Any cooking Utensil or dish they had it. Even had a hair dryer which I was incredibly thankful for. Other recent guests left some extra fire wood and lighter fluid which was nice. This place has 2 bedrooms and 2 pull out...
