"The cottage is very basic and dated, but the location can’t be beat. It is a lovely, quiet spot (secluded, even) between Kenmare and Sneem. No internet, no frills, but the owners are very nice and the cottage had everything that we needed. We found the bed to be quite hard. We really enjoyed our stay."

"A fantastic experience. The beach for the children was a homerun! They spent all day hunting for lipids, mussels & clams. The sauna was going was so refreshing after a dip in the pool and bay. A daily ritual. Seal cottage was lovely and most comfortable. Tomas and Margrite(sp) were very helpful. We were there for over 3 weeks and hated to leave! We will return. 5 stars!"

"Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft am frühen Abend war schon der Kühlschrank gefüllt für Abendessen und Frühstück! Der Garten ist groß und sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet. Ideal auch für Familie mit Kindern! Die Heizung hat super und schnell funktioniert und ebenso problemlos der offene Kamin!Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen."

"The beds are comfortable and the towels are soft. The house overall was immaculate and well stocked. Ann even provided fresh fruit, full size toiletries, home baked brown bread and a cooler for our day trip. She is the perfect hostess -- responsive, generous and very sweet. And all within a couple minutes of the Kenmare town center which might be the cutest place in all of Ireland. Could not have asked for a better accommodation."

"We had a nice stay jn a lovely cottage fitting perfectly into the area. Our hosts had already welcomed us with a fire in the fireplace. It is a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing. Thanks to the spacious outdoor area, the children were able to play freely outside. The house is a bit older and the wooden floors are thin on the wall, but we expected that and it didn't really bother us. We enjoyed our stay."

"My son and I very much enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very comfortable and clean. The location is just outside of Kenmare, up a winding road that is in very good condition.
