Lack of respect
I arrived at 3:30 PM and room was not ready. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my key. They request my credit cardo for 100,00 coution deposit. I left the hotel 9 days ago and they not refunded my Countion Deposit. I wrote them 2 times and no answering. I will never stay at the hotel anymore.

O café da manhã faltava as coisas. No primeiro dia fiquei sem café. Fecharam a porta na nossa cara. Tinha 1 pessoa só trabalhando no café e ela não dava conta de colocar os produtos. Fizeram um calção assim que eu cheguei no hotel e quando fui embora não devolveram o calção. Não indico esse hotel.

Shamika at the front desk made sure my stay was fantastic! My room was clean and the hotel had a place for my dog to go outside. I was shocked at how safe it was here too as there is night security on the premises. The breakfast was amazing for the amount I paid to stay here. But in every interaction, Shamika really made the difference for me. Thank you!

Liked: fresh coffee available or upon request all day and night. Disliked: Room 216 located over the main lobby entrance and TV couldn’t be turned on or off with the remote control. When asked about room preference location, I indicated that I would prefer a room that was not too close, near the elevator. The assigned room 216 was near the elevator.

Check-in staff in early afternoon was efficient but on following days, staff appeared less informed about necessary procedures. Room was clean and comfortable except for one very unsafe item: the bathtub lacked any skid-proof bottom, taking a shower was very dangerous and the bar was improperly placed to hold onto to steadsy oneself. Especially dangerous shower for an elderly person.

I realize this is not an expensive, multi-star property, but for the price, I still found the rooms to be small and not well maintained. The shower door leaked, the bathroom floor was not cleaned thoroughly enough, and amenities (like tissue in the tissue box) on the counter were missing. Additionally, the walls seem very thin, allowing me to hear my neighbors quite well. I imagine they can hear me too.

Basic. Decent stay, fairly clean. Excellent, courteous staff. Area undesirable, also wish they had some type of patio to enjoy the outdoors.

Adequate facility—the mattress and bedding were a bit sub-par compared to other La Quintas and similarly priced competitors. The staff are friendly and professional.

The room was not clean, the trash can was not emptied. The duvet and towels were dirty, there was hair in the wash clothes and bugs in the sink. That hotel is so ran down it really bad. LaQuinta use to be a really nice hotel, not anymore.

Reserved and was charged for two rooms. When we arrived to check-in the clerk at the front desk was informed us they were fully booked and would not refund us for the rooms we had paid for. Absolutely terrible customer service

The front desk clerk was STELLAR! She was courteous and very helpful. We had a mix up qith our room number and she personally made sure everything was all set. This property would be a 10, but unfortunately we found lots of hair in the bed linens and the walls could use a wipe down.

I reserved a room and when I reached there after driving 6 hours from Florida I went to the front desk to check-in the employee simply told me there is no room for you we will give you a refund because the house keeping didn’t clean all the rooms today.

The last of the five night stay we were awaken by blasting music in the parking lot at 2am lasting close to 30 minutes. No one from reception took any action against this massive disturbance and when I brought it up during checkout the next morning , the receptionist, Jovi, kept saying it was not his shift and he was not aware of the incident. Did not appear to care to apologize for the inconvenience or understand my question about the protocol in such situations to reassure me that in the future it will be addressed promptly. Two out of the three receptionists I encountered simply acted as they did not want to be there, they are not fit for this industry.

Stayed here for one night for the second time in the past year. My first visit in September 2023 was wonderful. My visit was 4/1-4/2 - the first room in which I was moved in, the TV did not work, they changed the room - there was no water in the washbasin, an unpleasant smell from the sewer. In the morning it turned out that there was simply no breakfast!!! There is absolutely no food!!! Just an apple and a boiled egg! no yogurt or hot breakfast.

My room was smoked in and it had a strong cigarette smell. When I asked to change the room, I was told there was nothing else available. It is supposed to be a smoke free facility. The breakfast could be better.

I felt uncomfortable in this hotel. There was so much mold and peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. Blonde hairs were all over my black socks. A pillow had makeup on it and the flat sheet had lint balls all over it. I slept fully clothed on top the sheets. I touched nothing besides the faucets, doors and a light switch. Staff didn’t have the best attitude while checking in. Breakfast that was available were waffles and a few muffins or bagels. Staff stated the breakfast was limited because a truck hadn’t come in. I spent my second night at a friends house who lives in the area.

Roach infested, I think I killed about 10 roaches and I'm not exaggerating. The bathroom shower was dirty with mildew.

This was my ever first stay at a La Quinta. It was horrible! First the parking is very tight. Someone backed into another cars taillights and there is red broken taillight pieces on the ground. Got to our room and it was very dirty, the carpet was missing a chunk. the bed linen was not changed and had big stains. I was very obvious it was not even changed. None of the housekeepers had linen on there carts for replacement when you walked the floors. All they are concerned with is towels and trash. The headboards were filthy and well as the bathroom. I killed a pregnant roach and there were bugs in our water the next morning. The floor i stayed on was fumed with marijuana. My wife and I don't drink or smoke and we both have serious allergies. We were not expecting the smell. I mentioned to the front desk and she said she caught one guest smoking it and had to remove him from the facilities. But it wasn't enough. That's the first thing you smell getting on and off the elevators. I want complain about breakfast if it's true the truck did not show up for inventory. there was none on Saturday. Then there was dog poop all on the grass. My 3lb yorkie refused to go outside and she normally loves it. We have bags and pick up after her. My wife was very disappointed and I was very embarrassed celebrating our 34th anniversary.

The staff is rude. We stayed for two days and the beds were not made the second day. The towels were not changed, trash was not picked up. Holes on the bathroom door. Bathtub was not clean. All of this made me question if the room (sheets and bed) had been cleaned at all before we arrived. There was hardly anything for breakfast. There was not water to drink. The TV did not work, several people cam in the room, trying to fix it, and nothing. It still didn't work. The wifi kept cutting on and off. I tried to talk to someone in the front desk, but there was noone, everyone was outside smoking. I have never seen anything like it before. I stayed after driving for many many hours, i was too tired to go and look for a new hotel, and to deal with expedia refunding me. It was terrible. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The hotel room was dirty and smelled like mold. The ceiling had the pop corn coming off and there was water marks on the wall like there had been a water leak at one point. The air conditioner would not allow us to change temperature and in the middle of the night we seen bugs around the beds. The hotel had been renovated about 3 to 4 years ago so I definitely expected alot better. The breakfast was only muffins, bagels, and toast. Thoroughly disappointed was an understatement.
