"Disappointed that the property had an apartment attached to it. We didn’t realise that and thought we would be by ourselves. Fantastic location and the house was great. Garden needs some TLC and there have definitely been dogs staying there before us!"

"We’ve had five nights in this cottage. We where surprised about the landscape driving towards the cottage; lakes, hills and sea. We saw sheep cows and deer. The cottage was a perfect gift to explore the Isle if Sky. Wood for the fireplace, wine on the table and fresh made cake. We where a bit early but very welcomed by Dorothy and Andy. "Communication from Karen leading up to our stay was excellent, meaning the caravan was very easy to find. Both in this communication and the handy folder in the caravan meant after a full day travelling and exploring getting there we were able to find somewhere to eat easily. "While the facilities provided in the apartment were as stated, the dark location at the rear of the building was disappointing with virtually no outlook. The constant humming from the electronics was particularly annoying to hearing aids. We never used the cooking facilities, so cannot comment. For a 1 week stay this is not a great facility and in our opinion is overpriced."

"Everything was brilliant. The location of the house with the great view. The rooms are lovely, the kitchen and the living room very cosy. Our stay there was definitely too short and we hope to return one day."

"From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost care. The estate is breath-takingly beautiful, with incomparable vistas. The traditional Scottish fare is abundant and appealing, with seamless accomodations for diets. The large gathering spaces were perfect for our group of fourteen; and the charming bedrooms were welcome getaways. Room to sprawl, and to come together."
