"Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft am frühen Abend war schon der Kühlschrank gefüllt für Abendessen und Frühstück! Der Garten ist groß und sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet. Ideal auch für Familie mit Kindern! Die Heizung hat super und schnell funktioniert und ebenso problemlos der offene Kamin!Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen."

"There was a strong odor throughout the house and it smelled like cat urine. Two out of four of us are allergic and had to take meds. Otherwise, it was a very nice place and appreciated the great instructions. Thank you."

"We had a wonderful stay at Skellig Bay Cottage! The house was spacious and comfortable and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect for relaxing in front of the views and short day trips to all of the sights. Our favorite part of the house was the large ocean front window. We all took turns sitting in the comfy chairs reading a book or just taking in the scenery of sheep and ocean. Thank you for a great stay in the Ring of Kerry!"

"Fantastic bay, 5m from the back of the property. Dolphins were in the bay for 2 days. Perfectly quiet. The Beara Peninsula is truly beautiful."

"A fantastic experience. The beach for the children was a homerun! They spent all day hunting for lipids, mussels & clams. The sauna was going was so refreshing after a dip in the pool and bay. A daily ritual. Seal cottage was lovely and most comfortable. Tomas and Margrite(sp) were very helpful. We were there for over 3 weeks and hated to leave! We will return. 5 stars!"

"The cottage is very basic and dated, but the location can’t be beat. It is a lovely, quiet spot (secluded, even) between Kenmare and Sneem. No internet, no frills, but the owners are very nice and the cottage had everything that we needed. We found the bed to be quite hard. We really enjoyed our stay."

"After a long drive from Shannon Airport, we opened the door to Seashell Cottage and immediately felt like we were home. "We chose this house so we could visit Skellig Island. Sadly, the trip was cancelled due to stormy weather but we didn't mind too much as the house was such a pleasure to hunker down in! "Very spacious house with wonderful views. Comfortable and under floor heating meant always right temperature. Liking a log fire, this never needed. Being Kerry, one needs to be prepared for all weathers. This house very well suited to sitting in for hours -days where that weather forbids going out. Recommended, and without qualification would return for future trips"

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr abgelegen. Wenn man die Umgebung drum herum anschauen möchte perfekt. Man braucht definitiv ein Auto und sollte vorsichtig fahren da die Straßen es schon ihn doch haben. Das Hotel hat auch eigenen kleinen Shop falls man abends was knabbern möchte ☺️👍"
