"We enjoyed our stay. The 3 bedroom apartment accommodated our group of 6 well and was spacious. The furnishings are a little older but the grounds and the view to the lake are lovely. We enjoyed a drink at the onsite bar. It is worth checking the location on Google Maps as it is a little off the beaten track, but that is part of its charm. "

"This is an excellent house in a beautiful area. We had 15 guests ranging from 4 to 79 - the accommodation was perfect for all of our needs…it was warm, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a particular highlight. Gillian was approachable and helpful if needed. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and the area."

"A lovely property backing on to the main road to Oban. Had everything we needed for a great extended family weekend. All enjoyed the fabulous hot tub and we made good use of the BBQ and fire pit table in the evenings. A couple of snags and Gillian got on to them straight away, thank you!"

"Had an amazing stay here. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed! Super clean, well equipped and very spacious. Host was very attentive and responsive to queries. The only thing I’d say (which isn’t even a negative) but didn’t impact negatively on our stay would be having it more secure to allow dogs to go out slide door within living room area to the back without worrying they’d wander off. Will definitely return. We had an amazing Christmas here and made wonderful memories."

"Overall a great spot and nice little apartment. My only suggestion is that the couch and bed need upgrading as they are important. Also the parking directions should simply state “park on the street or across the street”. We parked in the back, not seeing the parking sign that was leaned against the building behind a van hence in the morning we were met by a terse older Scot who was none too happy that we parked there unknowingly. There was also a green plastic glass that apparently was cracked...

"Communication from Karen leading up to our stay was excellent, meaning the caravan was very easy to find. Both in this communication and the handy folder in the caravan meant after a full day travelling and exploring getting there we were able to find somewhere to eat easily. "Our favourite place to visit is the argyll and bute area, coming from the central belt with an eye to moving further north we really appreciate having nature on your doorstep and as a result we fell in love with this place. The hosts are very helpful, giving us updates on the day of arrival was so appreciated. Perfect spot for kayaking, fishing and hiking with a lovely, well kept lodge to return to at the end of the day. We're already looking to go back!"

"The accommodation was to a high standard and very comfortable with stunning views. Lismore is a wonderful, tranquil island, rich in wildlife and beautiful scenery. Otters and seals spotted daily from the accommodation. Mother otter and pup seen at Point and Port Ramsay during the day. Loved watching the nesting birds and geese with small goslings. Hope to be back."
