Excellent hotel, the best for its location.
Excellent boutique hotel, well located (opposite the Citadel) and close to the main museums. Good service. Room, comfort and impeccable cleanliness.

Had an unexpected day in Ankara due to a flight cancellation, and chose this hotel as located in old city near castle. Beautiful building, well located, very nice rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was wonderful, with an amazing view over the city from the terrace. This has ended up being an enjoyable diversion rather than a hassle, in large part due to the quality of this boutique hotel. Would definitely stay again if in Ankara.

Great room - one of just 19 rooms on the property. Very personable hotel staff. They graciously let us stash our bags while we visited a nearby museum and wait around a bit for a late flight. Restaurant staff wasn’t as personable, but still decent.

Otelde herşey mükemmeldi. Oda çok konforluydu, sadece buzdolabı olmaması beni şaşırttı. Otel çok sıcaktı, haddinden fazla sıcak hatta, odada cam açma gereği duydum hep. Kahvaltısı son derece tatmin ediciydi.

We absolutely love this hotel! It feels like a miracle. The location is very safe, the rooms are amazing – almost like being in a museum. We had breakfast, and it was delicious! A big thanks to the staff; they were incredibly helpful and made our stay even better!

This is a beautiful hotel located in a renovated caravanserai, in the oldest part of Ankara, next to the Citadel, and very near the Museum of Anatolian Civilization. The building is very well maintained, and really gives a sense of the past. My room was lovely. It looked out on the street, which can be a little busy during the day and has occasional barking dogs at night. (I asked for another more secluded room looking away from the street but was told these were only suites). But the street is quiet past 8pm and the dogs are not loud :) I am a light sleeper but the street did not bother me at night. I don't believe I received a special VIP treatment (Expedia's claim) but I was treated very well and I really recommend this hotel.

Yemek Servislerindeki Problemler
Yeri mükemmel. Müzeler çok yakın. Giriş yaparken kapıdaki güvenlikteki görevliler ve Resepsiyondaki Gökhan Bey çok yardımcı oldular, teşekkürler. Odamız güzeldi 40 metrekare olanlardan. ısıtıcı çalışmıyordu. Tamir için geldiler yapamadılar, sabaha kadar donduk. Restauranttan ve pastaneden memnun kalmadım. Kahvaltım bitmek üzereyken yeni kahvaltıya gelen bir müşteriye uzun uzun neleri kapsadığı anlatılınca bozuldum. Aynı şekilde pastanede sorum geçiştirildi, başka bir müşteriye uzun uzun anlatıldığını gördüm. Çok kalabalık bir otel hangi müşteri arıza çıkarabilir anlamışlar ona göre hizmet ediyorlar. Müzelerin saatleri belli, bir gün sipariş verdik, yarım saat oldu etraftaki masaların yemekleri geldi bize servis bile açılmadı. Kalkıp başka yer aradık ve zaman kaybettik, o gün öğleden sonramız çok kötü geçti planladığımız hiçbir şeyi yapamadık. Bunları bilerek gelin.

Amazing hotel with excellent service This hotel was once a saray( small palace) built in the 16th century Amazing authentic place very clean, the service is superb, the food very generous and delicious. There is a museum in the hotel that covers wide range of old ventures with so many different different articrafts Amazing pieces The ambiance is Amazing the staff extremely helpful

Wonderful and unique
This was one of the most amazing and unique places we have ever stayed..... and we travel a lot. The staff are so friendly and went the extra mile to help us out on numerous occasions. Also, amazing signature cocktails from the bar terrace.

How perfection looks like
Simply the best hotel in Ankara. Historik building beautiful renovated, beautiful rooms with special antique decoration … wonderfull. Staf very very friendly, do everything for you even the impossible. Restaurant… my god what a food !!! İ have been in 3 stars Michelin restaurants all over the world … this is definetly 1 star … almost 2 stars Michelin for a small price !!! Perfect hotel !!!
