Very close to the Hospitals, UAA and JBER's Boniface & Muldoon Gates. Short drive to down town or Ted Stephens International Airport. Easy access to the Glen Highway and your Alaskan Adventure.

Recently updated open concept 2 bedroom 1 bath condo that sleeps 6 with private balcony.
The master is equipped with a queen beed. The extra bedroom hosts twin bunk bed, desk, large reading pillow, and toy bin. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa which includes a memory foam mattress topper for the larger families or groups. A pack in play and child's cot are also available and tucked under the master beed for small children and babies. Blinds and blackout curtains throughout to block the Alaskan "midnight sun" and ensure a great night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for cooking. There is a high chair and booster in the closet for small children. Coin operated laundry available, lower cost than the laundry mats.

High speed WiFi is provided but cable TV is no longer available in Anchorage. A TV with local channels (30+) is provided along with a DVD player and some random movies. The TV is able to connect to WiFi and you are welcome to log in to you own streaming service accounts.

Condo is throughly cleaned between guests.

Other things to note:
I own the entire building and lease the other 3 condos to long term tenants. You are allotted 2 parking spaces designated by the orange cone. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 8am. No smoking or vaping on property this includes tobacco and marijuana products. It is encouraged but not required to load and start the dishwasher and strip the bed at checkout.
