"Slight negatives first. The property was advertised as pet friendly and with TV/internet. The instructions prior to check in said no pets and no TV. We resolved the first issue but it did cause worry as we were already travelling. There was a modem but the internet signal was weak to the point of being unusable. The only issue with the property was the drainage in one of the bathrooms was poor. Turning on the basin tap and the water returned through the shower outlet. I think it would be helpful...

"Correu tudo muito bem e estava tudo como esperado. A casa é agradável, os quartos confortáveis e todas as restantes áreas muito boas. Único aspeto a apontar é a limpeza da garagem. Está bastante suja com objetos espalhados. De resto, impecável!"

"The view and the upper floor are nice and were handed over in a clean state. Street parking is available infront of the property. However on the 5th day of our stay, we got a realy nasty surprise. After it had rained a bit during the night, the sewage started pressing up through the showers and toilets on the ground floor. This meant that a horrendous odor was spreading throughout the house. This was the state of things for the remainder of our stay. After some research on the sewage treatment...

"Hemos tenido problema con uno de los baños desde el primer día, atascado y nos hemos ido y no nos lo han arreglado. Hemos tenido que utilizar 7 personas un solo baño. Avisamos pero no sirvió de nada. La casa estaba muy mal equipada especialmente la cocina, con muy poco menage. El secador de pelo no funcionaba."

"It was a very good week, with an excellent location and an outdoor pool to enjoy the summer days. The house is well equipped, however some small things could be improved, namely the availability of the garage for parking (since there is a car parked there) and some of the green doors on the outside do not close. However, it was a pleasant week."

"What a property. What a stay. This house is truly amazing. The kitchen is really well equipped. The outdoor area is perfect for entertaining. And the location to the beach and local eats is a bonus. Filipa the property manager welcomed us to the house and was super responsive with communications. Stay here if you can!"
