Foi tudo ótimo, mas o check in levou uma hora. Eles oferecem uma opção de pacote de jantar, mas se você não fizer reserva com antecedência não consegue jantar na hora que deseja. Em um dos restaurantes o menu é separado para quem tem o pacote e as opções não são boas

Ótimo localização pra quem precisa descansar
O hotel é lindo, oferece diversas comunidades, os quartos são grandes e o preço é bem legal fora de temporada. Recomendo os restaurantes que ficam grudados com o hotel, a área da piscina é ótima e tem um um bar para quem quer tomar alguns drinks (prepare o bolso, pois as bebidas são por volta de AED40. Todo o hotel é bem limpo e elegante, a localização é ótima para quem vem para Abu Dhabi por 1 ou 2 dias.

Hotel completo!
O hotel é completo com diversos restaurantes dentro do hotel, academia completa, quadra de tênis e aulas de mergulho. Funcionários eficientes e bastante atenciosos. Muito bem localizado próximo a Corniche (5 minutos a pé), supermercados e shoppings. Elogio especial a área de lazer com duas piscinas (adulto e infantil) com bar/restaurante e uma praia, ainda que improvisada, atende bem ao que se propõe. Ficaria outras vezes no hotel sem qualquer dúvida.

Funcionarios atenciosos. Nao me cobraram por early check in e late check out. Se for tomar café da manha no hotel, vale a pena solicitar durante o check in, pois assim voce paga praticamente metade do valor (DHS 65.00 ao inves de DHS 110,00)

Boa opção, bom custo x benefício
Logo que chegamos, pedimos um check in antecipado e fomos bem atendidos. O hotel em si parece um pouco velho. A área da piscina é excelente, entretanto a praia particular é bem ruim, pequena e com jeito de improvisada. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, não gostamos das opções (apesar de bem diversificado) e do gosto da comida. O ponto mais positivo é a localização, próximo de tudo e com acesso fácil aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Pelo custo, se tornou uma boa opção.

Our stay was truly delightful! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would eagerly return. Nulen (apologies if we've misspelled the name) at the reception desk was an absolute gem. She greeted us warmly, efficiently arranged our breakfast reservations, and was always on hand to assist with transportation, making our stay even more enjoyable. Her exceptional hospitality left a lasting impression on us. The only disappointment was discovering that the beach club was closed :( While we recognize that this is beyond the hotel's control, it was, ironically, the allure of the beach club that drew us to choose the Sheraton for our stay.

Staff friendly and attentive Bathrooms/change rooms around the pool area weren't clean Noisy room, our room was street facing and street noise was loud. We also woke one evening from the room above us being cleaned at 3am, could hear vacuum, it echoed into our room. Staff however did stop when we called reception.

The hotel has lovely large bedrooms which are spotlessly clean. House keeping is excellent. The breakfast buffet has an excellent selection of both hot and cold foods. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Only down side of the hotel is that it is next to a very busy road. The traffic noise in the city view room was annoying at night. I would pay for a pool side room next time away from the traffic noise. I would stay at this hotel again. Location is perfect for walking along the Corniche.

Hôtel bon pour les affaires, séminaires etc mais pas pour des vacances en amoureux. Bien que 5 étoiles l’accueil est loin d’être à la hauteur des autres hôtels 5 étoiles d’Abu Dhabi que nous avons eu l’occasion de faire. La chambre côté ville est au troisième étage, très bruyant. La salle de bains est à rafraîchir (joints noirs, porte vitrée avec du calcaire) et le linge de toilette était effiloché. La plage donne sur des immeubles et il ne s’agit que d’un petit courant d’eau, pas la mer comme on peut la voir dans les autres hôtels de la Corniche. Nous avons déjeuné sur les matelas de la plage et le repas était bon. Bref ça a fait l’affaire pour une nuit d’escale mais nous ne reviendrons pas.

In general, the hotel is fine; however, its location is not very central, to find restaurants for lunch or dinner, you need to take a taxi. The tiles inside the shower need to be regrouted, as they appear dirty due to the grout falling off or having a darker color.

We started coming to the sheraton resort in 2014 and really loved the place. A few things have changed but the beach and pool areas are always lovley places to just relax and enjoy the sun. The staff as always were very helpful ,the breakfast is very good with a good variety. We stayed in a club room and found the club buffet poor and really lacking any decent food although the lounge was very nice and the staff friendly it was very basic. The room was ok the lack of any sound proofing is makes for a desturbed nights sleep the noise of the doors shutting sounds like a shotgun firing which occurs every night at varying times, we stayed on the sixth floor andni think we had the cast of Riverdance staying above us . We love this hotel and area and will be back next year. Thanks Sheraton.

The facilities are great. The staff went above and beyond. The room was very good for a family of three (executive suite). We were given access to the executive lounge for afternoon snacks and happy hour which was great, especially with a picky 5 year who always wants to eat.

There are only 2 restaurants, one was only buffet service, and opened 4 dinner at 7pm which was a bit late 4 us 2 eat. The other opened 4 dinner also at 7pm, but u could get something ala carte if u wanted. The beach was good, but the water too warm so it wasn't refreshing. The pool was GREAT, but getting a lounge was challenging if u didn't get there early enough. Would be nice if there were a PRINTED Channel Guide 4 the TV. The mini bar DEFINITELY needs 2 be colder, or replace them with a mini fridge!
