Estadia incrível, todos funcionários muito solícitos mesmo não falando português. Não mediram esforços para nos ajudar em tudo que fosse necessário além de pacientemente falar mais devagar ou digitar no Google tradutor. Hotel em excelentes condições e de fato adorei a vista pro mar e palácio presidencial a partir do 39 andar.

O hotel fica ao ao lado da Etihad Towers e em frente ao Emirates Palace . No inicio(ou fim) da Corniche Street , o calçadão de AbuDhabi . O quarto é espaçoso , limpo e o cafe da manha muito bom . A piscina e a academia são maravilhosas

I was concerned to read that the feedback with regards to the Food, please note that I have spoken to our Food and Beverage Manager regarding this matter and please accept my sincere apologies for this situation. In regards to the space availability at the pool and beach the capacity was reduced to 75% by the DCT due to the Covid 19 situation across Abu Dhabi. However, our pool attendants were available all the time to assist the waiting guests and sunbeds requests. It was one of the most awesome hotel that we have been so far, with a location that is incredible, private beach and pool very comfortable, the room is just so elegante and spacious and with amazing views. Breakfast it heavenly good with fresh products and very good quality and variety . The staff of the hotel is super nice and makes you feel at home

Verdadeiro 5 estrelas Grand Hyatt!
Verdadeiro 5 estrelas Grand Hyatt, funcionarios dedicados, cafe da manha espetecaular, proximo ao Emirates palace e o palacio presidencial Qasr al Watan. Piscina adequada, precisa de renovação do controle do chuveiro. Praia pequena mas adequada. Academia muito boa. Bons Restaurantes. Se possível escolha quarto com vista ao Emirates Palace a noite a vista e espetacular com as luzes da cidade. Recomendo!!!

Hotel lindo! Localização fantastica!
Atendimento muito cordial, suíte espaçosa e confortavel. O unico ponto que nao atendeu as expectativas foi na quantidade dos amenities, que eram insuficientes para 3 pessoas, tive que solicitar quase a cada estadia. E nao faziam a limpesa das xicaras e a reposicao dos cafes consumidos no quarto. No mais, tudo fantastico. Destaque para a localizacao privilegiadissima e o cafe da manhã bem variado.

Absolutely incredible hotel within an amazing location, just footsteps to the Qasr Al Watan, Emirates Palace, Founders Memorial, Corniche, and Marina Mall. The hotel itself cannot be faulted, with friendly staff, great views, and an opulent interior. If possible, add the buffet breakfast and dinner as this is an experience in itself. Of all of our travels, this hotel takes the top spot. P.s great for families too, our toddler has had an amazing time.

Grandiose Aussicht mit Balkon. Die Einrichtung ist einwandfrei, neu(artig) und sauber. Das grosse Bad mit freistehender Badewanne, zwei Lavabos, Duschabteil und getrenntem WC plus Ankleidezimmer ist toll! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und absolut sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Daher 5*. ABER der Service am Pool und Strandabschnitt, welcher sehr klein und das Wasser trüb ist, ist schlecht. Es wird nicht abgeräumt, so dass Elstern/Raben? belagern und der Essensmüll herumfliegt. Auch scheinen die Servicemitarbeiter dort nicht sehr motiviert zu sein. Wer einen Badeurlaub möchte, sollte sich das überlegen. Man kann nicht am Strand schwimmen und der Swimmingpol ist für Kindergrösse ausgerichtet, also nicht tief. Die Massageangebote sind top! Ganz besonderes Danke an Djedje (Name hoffentlich richtig geschrieben?). Es war die beste Anwendung, die ich je hatte und es waren nicht wenige! Sie hat sehr viel Geduld, Respekt und Fachwissen. Exzellente Mitarbeiterin für das Hotel! Das Gym ist super gut ausgestattet. Der SPA-Bereich exzellent sauber und die Angestellten super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schade, dass der Service am Pool so mangelhaft ist, passt überhaupt nicht in das Ambiente. Ansonsten ist das Hotel auch sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Das Emirates Palace ist gleich gegenüber und die Etihad Towers kann man als direkte Nachbarn gut betrachten und besuchen.

Walking from the front door to the areas around the hotel could be treacherous as there is no pedestrian sidewalk to the road. We did find steps over to the side but to get to them you need to cross traffic that is looking for the roadway. Other than that the hotel facilities were very good. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was divine. We are coming back to the same location in a few weeks and now I'm glad I booked again at the same place.

Staff were genuinely amazing. They went above and beyond catering for our needs. My child started to have nosebleed while we were there and so because he was unwell and couldn't make it to our paid breakfast, they sent our breakfast up instead and followed up later in the day to make sure he was okay and to see if we needed a doctor or anything. They were very friendly and always greeted us in and around the hotel. Easy-going and conversationalists as well so the lift rides werent awkward if you get on and a member of staff happens to be on the lift. All in all a brilliant experience, defo will stay here again next time i come to Abu Dhabi.

Extremely run down property with inexperienced staff with little or no knowledge of basic food and drink items like filter coffee. Staff never came when requested a room service. Extremely noisy refrigerator and air conditioner temperature control not working. Basic emnities like mini bar fridge coffee facilities were missing. Not a hotel that should be considered as a give star hotel.

Everything was superb. so many great restaurants to choose from without ever leaving the hotel and it's right beside Etihad Towers, which gives you additional venues of entertainment. But the best thing about the Grand Hyat is the staff - Arun ( the manager) was exceptional and so were his colleagues, Meryem and Moon.

An absolutely gorgeous property, with many exciting and beautiful opportunities for entertainment nearby. The rooms are spacious, gorgeous, and absolutely spotless. Honestly if you’re looking for a hotel — you can’t go wrong. My only gripe, if I were to have one? The hairdryer in our room was old and beaten. Other than that an absolutely fabulous hotel.
