"Hotel excelente. Oferece muitas opções de bar/restaurantes, casino, lojas, piscina etc. Serviço também top. O único porém: a máquina de saque/câmbio engoliu o cartão de uma amiga. Era sábado e somente na 2a o banco veio abrir a máquina. Lá estavam 4 cartões de crédito. A recepção disse que é comum a máquina engolir. Logo, sugiro ao hotel exigir do banco uma máquina segura. "

"Hotel was lovely. Room was fresh and impeccable. Hotel staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Bar was gorgeous and food excellent. Location in Old Town was perfect for visiting key museums and meeting up with our full-day tour. "

"The help I received at the reception desk was truly amazing on 19/05/24 (morning shift). 2 fantastic people made all the difference to my stay, going well beyond to help me out with my luggages and to get at the airport on time. "Ein sehr schöner Platz und super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Fußnähe zu erreichen. Nur die direkte Umgebung ist etwas heruntergekommen….. liegt natürlich nicht am Hotel selbst sondern an der Stadtverwaltung selbst. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. "

"property is among the field , lovely location away from city. quite and nice. Only issue is no lift in the hotel and no reception staff if you arrive late, had to wait at the gate and security to arrive took 10 minutes. "

"The place was unexpectable. We decided to leave on the same evening when arrived. I really expect my money back. I gave the owner the key on the first night and move to a hotel. How do I get my money back. The address of the meeting and the address of the property are not at the same place. Misleading. I would like to get my money back. The place is humid, smell bad."

"The area is beautiful, serene and secluded which I loved the most about this property. I was able to rest very well during my stay. I had the opportunity to lunch once at the restaurant and the food was very good. I would definitely come back if the opportunity arises and also recommend it to my friends."

"Horrible. I arrived at 10:45pm and the address is not clearly marked. I checked my email for information or instructions, barely a word except check in closes midnight and a phone number. I call, no answer. I call again, the call gets canceled. I wait. I call again, call is canceled several times. I test, no reply. I call hotels.com and they said they spoke to the company and to call again. The call is answered but no one speaks. I call 4 more times, but no one speaks. Hotels.com said the owner...

"This is a very comfortable hotel with very nice rooms and a very impressive spa. The only down side is the location. It’s quite far outside the centre of Bucharest in an area that needs a lot of work. The breakfast buffet was also a bit lacking choice"

"Not 5 stars! 2.5! Had to reset the internet a few times each day. Bathtub was all mildewed, the other bathroom was missing the shower door and had no shower curtain. The wall paper was peeling off the walls, the carpets were stained and not even fully attached to the floor. The the view was not as expected. This was a case of pretty decor covering up a lot. We contacted Hotels as soon as we checked in, but could not be refunded. Be careful with this one!!!"
