The space
Welcome aboard! No detail was spared in this completely renovated 2 br, 1.5 ba riverfront cottage located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with expansive views of the Beaufort River and Port Royal Landing Marina.

The home features an open floorplan, smart TVs in every room, with plenty of space for entertaining. Cook in the well stocked chef’s kitchen or enjoy grilling on the Weber Grill while watching the boats pass by. The dining and living area seamlessly meet the Carolina room overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

There are two spacious retreat bedrooms upstairs with a brand new hotel style shower with tile throughout.

Take in the lowcountry breezes from the fenced backyard, complete with a patio and firepit. The true highlight is the multi-level deck and stairs that take you to the banks of the Beaufort River.
Guest access
Guests will have access the entire cottage including the 2BR's upstairs and 1.5 baths. However, the master ensuite will be locked (not in use during your stay). If guests would like to rent all 3 BR's, please contact host directly or search AIRBNB listing with same name, but 3BR.
Other things to note
Easy access to home via Nest lock. Personalized code will be sent 24-72 hours prior to arrival.

Smart TVs do not have cable, but you can log in to streaming apps.
