The loft is very spacious with lots of light in the main living area, it is restful and tranquil in a busy bustling downtown. I believe the place we call home needs to be one of rest and comfort, so I've designed the space in a way to make people feel both welcomed and comfortable.

The kitchen is well equipped coffee pot, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes and glass wear.


My dining room table seats 4 comfortably and has a vintage rustic feel with an urban chic flair.

The open floor plan has a large (and very comfortable) couch. A large flat screen TV. A relaxing chair with a reading light. Its the perfect space for a family.

I can be flexible with check in and check out, I just ask for good communication!

The building has a no-pet and no-indoor smoking policy.

There is paid parking available on the property on the east side of the building. Its around $10

When booking with us, you will be staying in a residential community -- not a hotel. We have strict rules we ask that our guests abide by. We require that all of our guests adhere to these rules. Our rules prohibit: *Excessive Noise (community quiet hours observed daily 10pm-8am) *Partying/Gatherings *Smoking (100% smoke free community -- this includes ALL communal indoor/outdoor areas) *Illegal Substance Abuse *Unauthorized Filming/Photoshoots. Do not exceed the number of guests stated at booking. We do not accept anyone under the age of 25 years unless with parental guidance. No Visitors on property. A violation of the above will result in alternative action and potentially a cancellation of your reservation without refund and security deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your cooperation and value you as a member of the Airbnb community. Please respect this privilege.
