Moreover, the area has an unmatched spirit, asymmetrical, but at the same time magical, each corner tells you a new story, so during your walks you will see typical houses that represent past eras and just a few steps away you will find modern skyscrapers.

Going shopping on Orense Street or Bravo de Murillo Street, enjoying a delicious meal in hundreds of restaurants, having a beer in one of the typical bars, getting to know the spectacular Picasso Tower in the AZCA financial district are just some of the plans you can enjoy.



The housing is perfectly located, 4 minutes walking from the Estrecho Metro Station Line 1 that connects with the main points of the city and other strategic metro lines in nearby stations. For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:



1. You must sign a temporary lease contract.

2. Public utilities such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR.
