"The owners and staff were awesome. They took time to get to know us and were so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. They gave us info about how to get around and offered to organize things for us. The property was unique and the individual cottages were amazing. Be aware though, there’s no AC. It didn’t bother us but might be a deal breaker for some. We will absolutely be back! "

Contudo, os pontos negativos são vários: localização no centro de Basseterre, com muito barulho, buzinas e pedintes na entrada do estabelecimento, sendo intimidador e perigoso mesmo na luz do dia; a inexistência de elevador, com escadas ruins para carregar malas; iluminação péssima dos quartos, fiquei em dois quartos diferentes, e era uma penumbra só;...

"Absolutely wonderful. This property is beautifully kept, the furnishings newly redone and everything simply elegant. Our room was large and clean; nothing fancy but super comfortable with a private terrace and lovely view down to the ocean. "Beautiful property. Overall staff very friendly. Good location on the island. Lots of things to do. Housekeeping on several days was lacking, sink was very slow to drain and hot water would stop during a shower (you have to wait for a minute or two for it to come back). These are the only reasons we didnt give 5 stars. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Fantastic view from room. Pool was large and clean; excellent for laps. Out of coffee and creamer for the room but the office was able to supply some. The first day the room was not serviced. We stayed 5 nights. Seeing monkeys from the room was a delight. Restaurant food was exceptional. The staff was very attentive. We would go back if we return."

"The location was ideal - perfect climate and truly beautiful. The 4 Seasons resort had well maintained, spotless rooms with very nice decor. The landscaping and gardens were gorgeous!
