"Front desk said we would get our room early, but later on another staff member said we won't because they are doing deep cleaning. We ended up going into our room and there was hair on the bathroom floor and shower. Other than that, rest of the room was clean. Staff is terrible. We asked for a late check out and whoever we spoke to on the phone said it was alright only if we pay the additional $79 fee. Later on, after an hour passed from regular check out time, staff called our room and was...

"Curtains in the room were dirty had food on them. Overall the rooms just seemed run down. The sliding door barely opened and the chairs were falling apart. The property itself is nice as frequent Westin/marriot guests this room needed some work. Everything was clean, but run down."

"Incredible experience for a Stage Coach Weekend, for that matter any stay. Standouts, The STAFF( from start valet, check in, housekeeping all restaurant staff ,poolside). Every individual made our stay perfection. I recommend this stay for couples and families. The rooms clean with an amazing view. I can go on . I just say- Go and check it out for a stay.
