Feel the ocean breeze from the front porch of this 6-bedroom house with a cozy living room and a dining table fit for 12! Celebrate milestones with friends like bachelor and bachelorette weekends or bring the whole family together for an extended beach vacation. 1 block to the boardwalk and a swimming/surfing beach. 5 minute walk to Ocean Casino or North Beach Mini Golf, 10 minute walk to the Island Waterpark at Showboat. This house is only a few minutes from all Atlantic City has to offer.

Enter the front door to find the dining area on your left and living room then kitchen straight ahead. The dining room has a table for 12 people and a high chair. The living room has a fireplace and big screen TV for your group’s enjoyment. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking and serving basics like pots and pans, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, and bakeware. Behind the kitchen on the first floor you will find a laundry room and full bathroom with standing shower.

Up the stairs to the second floor is a bathroom with a claw foot tub, bedroom with two twin beds, and two bedrooms with one king bed each. The front bedroom has an ocean view through the front windows.

Up the stairs to the third floor is a bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo, a bedroom with two twin beds, and two additional bedrooms that have one king bed each. The king bedroom in the front of the third floor has an ocean view.

The house has a side yard you are welcome to use. Entrance to the side yard is through a gate at the sidewalk in the front. There is also a large front porch where you can enjoy an ocean breeze and view part of the world famous Atlantic City boardwalk.

Guests have unlimited access to all spaces on the first, second, and third floors, as well as the front porch and side yard. The house has a basement but it is unfinished space and we do not recommend it is used by guests.

We live close by in Atlantic City and are available if needed by guests but give you privacy and do not meet in person unless requested or necessary. We are happy to answer any questions you have about the neighborhood or city.

Welcome to The Inlet! Our house is one block (about 450 feet) to the Atlantic City boardwalk and a swimming beach with life guards. There is also a popular surfing beach, Crystals, at the end of our block next to the swimming beach.

This is a quiet area of Atlantic City that is still just steps to all casinos and fantastic restaurants. This neighborhood has a lot of group and family attractions including the NEW Island Waterpark and Lucky Snake Arcade at Showboat, North Beach Mini Golf, and the Absecon Island Lighthouse. The house is walking distance to the start of the boardwalk casino strip (Ocean Casino) and 2 miles to the end of the boardwalk casino strip (Tropicana).

Walk up to the boardwalk and they have trams and rolling carts if you get tired of walking.
Uber/Lyft are easily accessible.
The Jitneys run 24 hours, $3 per person to go anywhere along their route in Atlantic City. They stop at all casinos.
Taxis are readily available to anywhere in Atlantic City.
HOUSE RULES-

1) No House Parties. The neighbors are quick to call if anything begins to get out of hand, so please do not intend to have a party or it will be shut down immediately and your reservation will end without refund. Bachelorette and bachelor parties are not considered house parties. Bachelorette and bachelor parties are welcome as long as they are limited to 12 people. If you are here to celebrate anything, DO NOT hang items to the wall using any adhesives except blue painter’s tape or command strips. If you use thumbtacks, duct tape, masking tape, scotch tape, or anything else damaging to the walls you will be charged accordingly. NO GLITTER ALLOWED. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if glitter is found in the house.

2) Occupancy limits and restrictions: Be sure to book with the correct number of guests and pets. Unless given prior approval from the host, you cannot have any more than 12 persons in or on the property at any one point in time and pets must be approved prior to the stay. A violation of this could result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Additionally, per Atlantic City law, the booking guest MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER and staying in the house. You may not book this house on behalf of another person.

3) Self check-in: Please inform your host of your anticipated check in and check out time so we can efficiently coordinate our turnovers. This is a self check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow instructions that you are being provided through the check in guide as well as messages you’ve received from your host on the platform and via your email account linked to the platform. You also agree that you will read your house rules/manual and check in instructions before contacting your host with questions.

4) Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property`s quiet hours of 10pm to 7am are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night`s sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our `house rules` during your stay.

5) This house is privately owned; the owners and managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and managers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

6) Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

7) Only use appliances for their intended uses.

8) No smoking or illegal drugs allowed inside the home. This is a non-smoking building. Any type of smoke is prohibited. You are welcome to smoke outside. Please clean up and properly dispose of your own cigarette butts and ash, do not throw butts on the deck, the sidewalk, the grass, or in the street.

9) Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
•The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a `Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area` and/or
•A `mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning` area of residence of a vacationing guest.
•The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a `Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning,` area, we will refund:
oAny unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
oAny unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
oAny advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the `Hurricane Warning` period.

10) You may be charged additional fees if house rules are broken. This includes potential fees for:
- Unreturned Parking Passes. Two parking passes are provided for guest use and both must be returned at the end of your stay. Parking passes are issued by Atlantic City only once/year and are irreplaceable. Lost or stolen parking passes will result in an additional charge.
- Unauthorized Late Checkout. Checkout is at 11am unless otherwise authorized in writing by the host. Failure to check out by 11am will result in additional fees charged by the hour.
- Extra Cleaning. Our cleaning fee is based on a “Courteous guest” that leaves the place in similar condition to which it was found. Extra cleaning fees incurred by host from turnover crew due to excessive trash, pet messes, etc. will be the financial responsibility of the guest.
- Loss of Rental. Any violation of any house rule (checking out late, leaving a mess, etc) that results in additional losses to the host for having to discount or refund the next guest will be the full responsibility of the offending guest in addition to any applicable fees.
