Now for some boring information! Please read my important rules:
1. The number of guests allowed on the property must be discussed with me during the booking process. Bringing additional guests beyond our agreement will result in an additional fee.

2. There shall not be smoking inside the home. A charge of $250 will be applied to remove odor and stains.

3. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

4. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

5. Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES.

6. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.

7. The home is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

8. If you book a stay on behalf of additional guests, you are required to ensure that every additional guest meets any requirements set by the Host, and is made aware of and agrees to these terms and conditions. The primary guest is held accountable and liable for all actions of the non-registered guests.
