"Great response to concerns. Clean and roomy. Would have liked more seating in living room as there was only a 2 seater couch. Had to bring own detergent for washing machine. No towels in kitchen just cheap paper towels. Pots and pans need replaced. Backyard was huge and fdnced for my dog. Nice driveway for parking and quiet neighborhood and convenient to area."

"Roach motel. I saw and killed multiple roaches, no refund was considered by staff. Cm on towels, dirty floors, television didn’t work. Staff peaked into window (hands cupped around face, face to glass peaked) while I was inside. Not a good scene"

"Parking was easy - but parking lot was in terrible condition. Room was only borderline clean, beds were "gritty" in the sheets. Room was not fully stocked - ie not enough towels, only one bar of soap for two people, 40 watt light bulbs (so dark), no cups, etc. Breakfast was mostly cold cereal or biscuits and gummy gravy, only two types of juice (although dispenser had room for mote). Staff was mostly unfriendly and rude... Person who checked us in was Great! Following staff was terrible! ...
